- Data Retention: User and event data retention periods are strictly set to 2 months.

- Purpose: To monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot crashes and errors to improve app stability and performance.
- Data Collected and Shared Automatically: Crash logs and Diagnostics, Device or other IDs.
- Data Retention: Crash logs and associated data are retained for 90 days before starting the process of removing it from live and backup systems.

- Opt-out of App Diagnostics: You can opt out or change your preference at any time via the in-app settings (Settings > Privacy & Terms > Opt-out > App Diagnostics).
- Firebase Remote Config (Google LLC) - Photo Editor
- Purpose: To dynamically customize and set application properties within the app without requiring an app update.
- Data Collected and Shared Automatically: Device or other IDs.
- Data Retention: Firebase retains Firebase installation IDs until the Firebase customer makes an API call to delete the ID.

- Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.) - Photo Editor & Website
- Purpose: To host, deliver, and optimize web and WebView content, including internal embedded pages (such as ChangeLog and Translators) within the app and our official product websites (such as Homepage, FAQ, and Help pages) accessed via external browsers.
- Data Collected Automatically: Application information, OS version, Requested page URLs, Country-level location, and Access timestamps.
- Data Retention: Retained for exactly 180 days and permanently deleted thereafter.
- Data Usage: Strictly used for aggregated statistical analysis, stability monitoring, and troubleshooting performance issues.

- Firebase Hosting (Google LLC) - Website
- Purpose: To securely host and deploy web content for certain parts of our official product websites to ensure fast and reliable user access via external web browsers.
- Data Collected Automatically: IP addresses of website visitors.
- Data Retention: Firebase retains Hosting logs, including IP addresses, for several months before automatic deletion.

- Purpose: To monitor, analyze, and optimize website traffic and performance using a privacy-first approach.
- Data Collected Automatically: Visited URLs, Hostnames, Status codes, Country-level location, and General traffic metrics.
- Data Retention: Retained for exactly 6 months and permanently deleted thereafter.
- Privacy & Compliance: Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use any client-side state, such as cookies or localStorage, to collect usage metrics. Cloudflare Web Analytics also doesn’t “fingerprint” individuals via their IP address, User Agent string, or any other data for the purpose of displaying analytics.

Location data & metadata (local processing)
- Our Service allows you to manually embed, modify, or remove GPS coordinates within image metadata or add location information as text labels. All metadata editing is performed locally on your device; we do not collect, store, or transmit your precise location data, coordinates, or images to our servers.
- To assist in identifying locations or searching for coordinates, Our Service may provide links to external third-party map providers. These links may be provided even if your image contains no existing GPS metadata. When you click these links, your data is handled according to the respective provider's privacy policy, and we do not track, receive, or store any location data from these external services. To protect your privacy, any email addresses within the stack traces and logs are automatically masked before the email is drafted. Any other sensitive or personal information inadvertently included in the stack traces, logs, or user input will never be used, analyzed, or processed for any other purposes.

- Starting with v11.9, you can explicitly choose to exclude device information directly from the bug report dialog before the email app opens. This will omit the entire “[DeviceInfo]” section from the generated email content.
App permissions

This permission is required to access and preserve GPS metadata when saving images on devices running Android 10 and later.
