  • Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.) - Photo Editor & Website
    • Purpose: To host, deliver, and optimize web and WebView content, including internal embedded pages (such as ChangeLog and Translators) within the app and our official product websites (such as Homepage, FAQ, and Help pages) accessed via external browsers.
    • Data Collected Automatically: Application information, OS version, Requested page URLs, Country-level location, and Access timestamps.
    • Data Retention: Retained for exactly 180 days and permanently deleted thereafter.
    • Data Usage: Strictly used for aggregated statistical analysis, stability monitoring, and troubleshooting performance issues.

  • Firebase Hosting (Google LLC) - Website
    • Purpose: To securely host and deploy web content for certain parts of our official product websites to ensure fast and reliable user access via external web browsers.
    • Data Collected Automatically: IP addresses of website visitors.
    • Data Retention: Firebase retains Hosting logs, including IP addresses, for several months before automatic deletion.

  • AdSense (Google LLC) - Website
    • Purpose: To display advertisements on our website to support and provide our Service.
    • Data Collected and Shared Automatically: Cookies and device identifiers used for ad delivery and measurement.
    • Ad Personalization: Serves personalized or non-personalized ads depending on user preferences and consent settings.

  • Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare, Inc.) - Website
    • Purpose: To monitor, analyze, and optimize website traffic and performance using a privacy-first approach.
    • Data Collected Automatically: Visited URLs, Hostnames, Status codes, Country-level location, and General traffic metrics.
    • Data Retention: Retained for exactly 6 months and permanently deleted thereafter.
    • Privacy & Compliance: Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use any client-side state, such as cookies or localStorage, to collect usage metrics. Cloudflare Web Analytics also doesn’t “fingerprint” individuals via their IP address, User Agent string, or any other data for the purpose of displaying analytics.

Location data & metadata (local processing)

  • Our Service allows you to manually embed, modify, or remove GPS coordinates within image metadata or add location information as text labels. All metadata editing is performed locally on your device; we do not collect, store, or transmit your precise location data, coordinates, or images to our servers.
  • To assist in identifying locations or searching for coordinates, Our Service may provide links to external third-party map providers. These links may be provided even if your image contains no existing GPS metadata. When you click these links, your data is handled according to the respective provider's privacy policy, and we do not track, receive, or store any location data from these external services. We encourage you to review the privacy practices of these providers:
    • System Default Map Apps: Subject to the privacy policy of the map application installed and selected on your device

  • You maintain exclusive control over any geolocation data manually entered, modified, or deleted. Information provided for customer support

  • If you contact us for customer support (via “Report Bug” or “Contact Us”), we may collect and maintain the information you choose to provide.
  • We use this information strictly to investigate and address the issues you raise, to provide technical support, and to fix application bugs to improve software stability.
  • We retain this data only for as long as necessary to fulfill these purposes or as required by law, after which it is securely deleted.
  • You have the right to request the deletion of your support history and personal information at any time.
  • Bug reports are sent to us through your device's email application. You have full control over what is shared; you can review and delete any unwanted information, logs, or attachments directly from the email composition screen before sending.
    To protect your privacy, any email addresses within the stack traces and logs are automatically masked before the email is drafted. Any other sensitive or personal information inadvertently included in the stack traces, logs, or user input will never be used, analyzed, or processed for any other purposes.
    The generated report may automatically include, but is not limited to, the following data:
    • App information: version, configuration, and execution environment
    • System software information: OS version and Android System WebView version
    • Hardware information: manufacturer, device model, CPU architecture, and screen resolution
    • Logs: app activity logs and system logs (logcat) associated with the app
    • Crash logs: error stack traces and the exact timestamp of the crash event
    • Performance & Diagnostics: app running time and memory usage metrics
  • Starting with v11.9, you can explicitly choose to exclude device information directly from the bug report dialog before the email app opens. This will omit the entire “[DeviceInfo]” section from the generated email content.

App permissions

  • android.permission.READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE
    This permission is required to read files on devices running Android 12L and earlier.
    Files are used for local processing purposes and are not collected.
  • android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE
    This permission is required to write and save files on devices running Android 10 and earlier.
    Files are used to store processing results and are not collected.
  • android.permission.READ_MEDIA_IMAGES
    This permission is required to read and access images on devices running Android 13 and later.
    Images are used for local processing purposes and are not collected.
    Since the core function of Photo Editor is to edit photos on the device, Photo Editor requires this permission for broad access to photos. We have declared this usage and received approval in accordance with Google Play's Restricted Permissions policy.
  • android.permission.ACCESS_MEDIA_LOCATION
    This permission is required to access and preserve GPS metadata when saving images on devices running Android 10 and later.
    This data is only used locally on the device and is not collected.
  • android.permission.SET_WALLPAPER
    This permission is required to allow you to set your edited image directly as the device wallpaper.
  • android.permission.READ_BASIC_PHONE_STATE
    This permission is used to identify the device's software version and current cellular network type (e.g., LTE, 5G) to ensure seamless and optimized ad loading. This is a non-sensitive permission that does not allow us to access your phone number, call logs, or any personal identifiers.
  • com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID
    This permission is required to access Advertising ID to serve ads.

PAYMENTS

We may provide paid products and/or services within our Service. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors).

We will not store or collect your payment details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your information is governed by their Privacy Policy.

RETENTION OF DATA

We will retain your technical data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We also retain Usage Data and anonymous event logs for internal analysis and stability purposes.
